would not appear and it would say

E_port (no license).

Configuring the Port Settings for Brocade Switch AP7420

The Speed and E_Port Mode should be configured using the following procedure.

It is recommended that the Brocade port connected to the UltraNet Edge 3000 be configured to 1

Gb, as shown in the steps below.

1. Enter the

portcfgspeed command to display the current port speed:

Switch:admin>portcfgspeed 0

Example of the portcfgspeed command screen display:

port 0 speed is: AN

2. Enter the portcfgeport command to display the current E_Port mode:

Switch:admin>portcfgeport 0

Example of the portcfgeport command screen display:

port 0 eport mode is: DISABLED
